We are moving to a digital system. Less paperwork, more time on the water.
Until now, records were kept partly on paper and partly in various programs that did not talk to each other. Every organisation kept its data its own way. The eSRZ project brings a single central database for the whole association. Our aim is not to complicate anglers' lives with technology, but to gradually remove needless red tape, queues when permits are issued and the manual adding up of catches.
Stage 1 (2026)
Where we are today. We are building a central register of anglers. Every member receives a unique ID number. Permits are still on paper, but their issue is already recorded in the system.
Stage 2 (Plan for 2027)
The future. Launch of the SRZ online shop. You will be able to buy membership stamps and permits from the comfort of your home and pay by card, without queuing.
Stage 3 (Goal)
The vision. An app will replace paper catch records. You will log your arrival at the water and your catch on your phone. The system will produce the annual summary for you automatically.
To be able to issue your permit for this year, the process is slightly different. We ask for your patience when visiting your local organisation.
No smartphone or computer? No problem. The administrator at the fishing house will do everything in the system for you. For you it only means one extra signature.

No, it is not required at this stage. You can complete the registration in person with us. A smartphone will only be an advantage in later stages.
The ID is generated by the central system from your birth number. The birth number itself is not stored anywhere; it only serves as a "key" for creating the ID.
The e-shop for buying permits is planned to launch in 2027.
